Liezel Korf Associates provide critical tools for assessing the views of employees and management on aspects related to change management. While the buy-in of all employees are crucial to any change management initiative, a qualitative assessment of this is not always possible. A quantitative measure, either in the form of a Needs Analysis beforehand, pulse surveys throughout the process, or a pre- and post-evaluation of the process. Statistical analysis goes beyond mere descriptive statistics, and tries to uncover underlying patterns.
